Where products are defective

Australian Consumer Law guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

  • to cancel your service contract with us; and
  • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Warranty against defects

Our products may also come with a manufacturers’ warranty. If a product comes with a manufacturers’ warranty, you must follow the process set out in the warranty and complete a return of goods form, which can be obtained by emailing us at support@wfhshop.com.au. 

Where products are not defective

We understand that customers may change their mind. To ensure you have the best shopping experience with the WORKFROMHOMESHOP, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. This offer does not apply to consumables, personal care or beauty products, special orders or clearance items.

Should you wish to return your product(s), please complete a return of goods form, which can be obtained by emailing us at support@wfhshop.com.au., within 30 days of your purchase.

Items must be returned within 14 days of a returns claim, with no damage, in their original packaging and within a saleable condition. Return shipping is at your own cost. Refunds will be processed within a timely manner, and monies returned to original method of payment.

Your refund will include the original purchase price minus shipping costs.

If 30 days or more has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund unless the product(s) are defective.
