Shipping Time

All orders are usually processed and sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We send via Aus post standard shipping. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please be mindful that there may be unexpected delays that are out of our control including but not limited to the impact of COVID-19 on Australia’s workforce.

You will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@wfhshop.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it right away.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is Free within Australia unless otherwise stated. 

Alternatively, you can collect your product(s) directly from our stores at no cost to you. Our warehouse is located in Cockburn, Perth, Western Australia and collection is by appointment. If you would like to collect, please email us after purchase to arrange a suitable time. 

How will my order be delivered?

You can collect your product(s) directly from our store or request delivery.

If you request delivery, we will confirm that we are able to deliver to your nominated delivery address after your order is submitted. We will only process payment for products that you order once we have confirmed we are able to deliver your products to you.

Orders may be delivered locally by the WORKFROMHOMESHOP or delivered by reputable courier companies. The WORKFROMHOMESHOP are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. Trusted couriers are used.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please email us immediately at support@wfhshop.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There may be instances where we are unable to modify your order, for example where goods have already been dispatched from our warehouse.

I have made an error in my shipping address; can I change my shipping address?

If you notice your shipping address is incorrect once your order has been finalised, please email us immediately at support@wfhshop.com.au. The dispatch of your order may be delayed should you require an amendment or correction to your shipping details. We are not responsible for incorrect details and a reimbursement will not be given.
