Shipping Time
All interstate orders are usually processed and sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We send via Aus post or deliver it locally standard shipping.
Local orders are processed and added to the weekly delivery run on Fridays. Delivery in Perth is Free.
You will receive an email notification with the relevant shipping information including tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@wfhshop.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it right away.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout. We work hard to keep delivery costs low for our customers and often absorb part of the shipping fees ourselves. You’ll never be charged more than the actual shipping cost.
Please note that some regional and remote areas around Australia can be difficult to estimate accurately at the time of checkout. In these cases, our team will contact you before processing your order to confirm shipping costs and discuss available options.
How will my order be delivered?
Orders may be delivered locally by the WORKFROMHOMESHOP or delivered by reputable courier companies. The WORKFROMHOMESHOP are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. Trusted couriers are used.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please email us immediately at support@wfhshop.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There may be instances where we are unable to modify your order, for example where goods have already been dispatched from our warehouse. If changes result in a refund, there will be a service surcharge that is taken from your original payment.
I have made an error in my shipping address; can I change my shipping address?
If you notice your shipping address is incorrect once your order has been finalised, please email us immediately at support@wfhshop.com.au. The dispatch of your order may be delayed should you require an amendment or correction to your shipping details.
If your parcel has been shipped to an incorrect address that was provided, The WORKFROMHOMESHOP is not responsible for the follow up or reimbursement of costs associate with your order.
